Well it just depends on whether you are going to Universal Studios (a must miss) or Islands of Adventure. My all time fave is the Hulk, followed closely by Dueling Dragons and Spiderman. Hulk & DD are both coasters, but spiderman is a “how did they do THAT” kinda ride. Enjoy!
Universal Studios is one theme park, Islands of Adventure is the 2nd (and newer park). Universal Studios has more kiddie rides.. ET, Jaws, Hanna Barbara, Twister… but these are simulator rides at best. Are you planning to go INTO the theme parks or just hang out at Citywalk (the free area outside the parks where Hard Rock is located)?

Islands of Adventure is AWESOME if you like thrill rides. Three SUPER coasters that are smooth, made of steel, so if you have a bad back you can still ride without risk of “jerky” movement, for the most part. Excellent water rides.. only drawback, as with most amusement parks… long lines if you don’t pay for special treatment by staying in one of the “on-site” hotels,,, or paying for EXPRESS pass. It’s a super time nevertheless… just go with someone you like talking to in case you are in an hour or two long line!!!

Whats at Studios that a “must miss”? I am guessing that Islands of Adventure is the rides park and Sudios is something else?
