How disappointing to find out you thought you’d set a world record but you didn’t.

I thought he’d done pretty well in the first place, now he’s going to try again. Better luck next time.

    What really blows is that it’s the Guinness people’s fault for taking a year and a half to figure out someone else had already broken the old record. Why didn’t they at least tell him, “Hey, we’re still processing data on an attempt and you might want to wait.”?
