Magic Defeat Spurs, 106-104

In a dramatic finish to what was a nailbiter of a matchup, the Orlando Magic defeated the San Antonio Spurs 106 to 104. Coming back after an 11 point deficit at the half, Turkoglu inbounded to Dwight Howard for an alley-oop win with only .8 seconds left on the clock.

This might have been one of the most exciting games I’ve seen the Magic play all season and the dramatic finish was a great way to come back from their three-game losing streak. Jameer Nelson ended the game with 31 points and Howard with 30. J.J. Redick also had a good showing with 16 points, including three 3-pointers.

I tell you what, it sure is nice to have a team that is fun to watch again.
