Let’s try this again…

How could I forget? Both the Orlando Sentinel and the official NASA site are reporting that they’re going to try the Atlantis shuttle launch AGAIN at 11:41 AM today.

The astronauts prepared for years in advance of this mission…some people don’t believe the shuttle ought to be launched with this fuel-cell thing going on…it’s all very touchy and mysterious. On the plus side, if this doesn’t work, the next available launch window will be on Saturday (same time), but then not again until Sept. 28.

Hmm, the weather will be 91 degrees with a minor chance of storms. I have this overwhelming urge to toss a little sunblock and a beach towel in the back of the car and head out to Titusville, but unfortunately I can’t. :(
