On Tuesday, August 29th, the charity organization Share Our Strength is partnering with several Orlando-area restaurants to benefit Gulf Coast recovery efforts. In a partnership with the Food Network and the National Restaurant Association, restaurants participating in the event have pledged to donate either a portion of sales for the day or make a bulk contribution.

Among the area restaurants participating in the event, now in its second year, are the Buca di Beppo, Ruths Chris Steak House and Sweet Tomatoes chains, as well as The Capital Grille at the Pointe Orlando and both Emeril’s locations at Universal Studios.
