More fun with billboards

Good grief. It’s not bad enough that we’ve got Fearless Leader staring down at us as we do our salmon-swimming-upstream impression on I-4, now we get to see how you, too, can avoid a life of homosexuality! As of now, there are new billboards featuring “reformed” gays proclaiming the Truth about homosexuality and presenting a message of “hope and change.”

Oh my… not too sure what to think of that. The first thought that popped into my head was “So, being gay is bad and you need to change like we did”.

    Not cool.

This was my favorite part though:
“Originally slated to appear above a local gay resort, the ads were in the process of being put up when the owner, protested the content and threatened bodily harm to the crew contracted to post the signs.”

    HA HA HA

What’s funny is that Solly found the thing before I did. HEY — I’M THE LESBIAN AVENGER! ;)

It’s so sad that they really think posting their fantasies on a billboard will actually cause anyone — outside of folks who don’t know who they are anyway — to “convert” to heterosexuality.
