New Target Store

So they’re building a new Target on the corner of Goldenrod and University. The construction dudes already knocked out most of the hideous, abandoned shopping center that used to stand there. All that’s left is the (abandoned) dry cleaners and the coin laundry.

Once this puppy goes up, I will no longer have to drive 20 minutes to get to the nearest Target. Instead, it will be five minutes from where I work. 5 minutes. I don’t know whether to be thrilled because of the promiximity, or annoyed because it’ll make area traffic an even bigger snarl than it already is.

My wallet, however, is already screaming in fear.

(Yes, I’m a Target whore. I confess!)

Is it just a Target or a Super Target? Not that it matters to me since I’ll be in Deltona by the end of the month :(

I looks to be a regular Target. No Super Target on the sign, just Target. I noticed this the other day. Very cool as I live 1.5 from there. Can’t wait. :0)

Well I recently moved from Ocoee where I had a super target AND a super wal-mart less than 3 miles from my house. I’m now in the downtown area and going into withdrawal!! The closest super target is Conroy and the closest wal-mart is kirkman…. I can’t just run by there real quick like I used to. boo hooo hoooooooooooooo.

Targets are the downfall of my financial stability. They built one in downtown Minneapolis and you get free parking if you spend $25. I have NEVER had a hard time with that at Target.
