Reassuming Normalcy

Well I am off early Thursday morning for a fellow Metroblogging community, New York City. I am quite excited not only for the opportunity to represent my company to a prospective client but to show my employers exactly how diverse my abilities and talents extend.

In local news, nothing could be more positive than the passing of Hurricane Ivan away from here. In many ways I think our area is now better prepared for storms of this nature, but on so many levels including economic and psychological, it is great we will not have to deal with this one. It seemed we were quickly approaching this level!

And finally, remember Alan Davis? He is the Seminole County man sentenced to six months in jail after refusing multiple requests to rid his residential property of the “stuff” he used to decorate his yard. Well he is out of jail and now more convinced he is going to continue his old ways and try to annoy the local government as much as possible. Read all about it here.
